Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped with tracking via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 

Please be sure to double check the shipping address that you provide to us.  If you notice an error in the shipping address provided, please contact us as soon as possible to update.  Unfortunately, unless it is our error, we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect shipping address and the item will have to be replaced/reshipped at the buyers expense.

If a package is returned to us for any reason, you will be required to pay the actual cost of shipping and handling to reship the package, even if the order qualified for free shipping. Examples for when you will need to pay for reshipment: the package was refused, the address or name provided was incorrect or incomplete, etc. All reshipments for any reason, including remakes, must be sent to the original shipping address.
